OurDCSchools.org helped residents understand and respond to proposed DC school boundary and student assignment policy changes. The platform allowed users to enter an address, view how proposed school boundary changes would affect them, rate proposed policies, and submit feedback to the DC Deputy Mayor for Education. It was developed in collaboration with the Deputy Mayor for Education and built on top of geographic and policy data on the school boundary review process.
