Strong communities are built through participation, feedback, and continuous learning. This page serves as a collection of resources that help make our community more transparent and collaborative.
The best communities are built by the people who represent them. In many spaces, you give feedback but never see what happens next. Was it used? Was it valued? Did it actually change anything?
The Learning in Public Log is an experiment in transparency. It documents feedback we have received, reflections from organizers, and actions we have taken (or not) as a result.
The goal is not to create a public voting system or guarantee implementation of every suggestion. Rather, it is an opportunity to share how feedback informs decisions and how Civic Tech DC continues to evolve.
